Four guesses about one city on Earth.

The daily challenge gives everyone the same city until 00:00 UTC. Freeplay picks a random one whenever you want, and credits 10% of what you score. The four rounds always come in the same order, and closer guesses score more, up to 100 points a round.

Like Wordle, everyone gets the same daily puzzle and a fresh one appears every 24 hours. Instead of guessing a word, you guess real facts about a real city — its local time, temperature, distance from the last city, and its location on the map.

Is Guesstimately free? Yes. Freeplay and the daily challenge are both free, with an optional one-time purchase to remove ads.
Do I need an account? No — you can play as a guest. Signing in saves your streak and lifetime points across devices.
How is scoring calculated? Each of the four rounds scores up to 100 points, decaying the further your guess is from the real answer. Closer guesses score more.
Do freeplay rounds earn points? Yes, at 10% of what you score — freeplay is unlimited, so it credits a tenth of the round points to keep the daily challenge the main event.
